The VFLOW Project is concluding its course with this last post. We will not publish any further posts from this site nor from any other social media account.

Keep your VFLOW Tokens in your wallets

As we shared in our previous report the snapshot of the current VFLOW and TFLOW Holders was taken on 23/11/2024.

The VFLOW Exchange operation was terminated.

Staking is ending its operation

VFLOW Holders that have staked their VFLOW Tokens please once your staking cycle is concluded withdraw your tokens and do not stake any more tokens.

VFLOW Trading Engine on Trading View

The VFLOW Trading Engine Strategy on Trading View will be taken off line. Any activity of VFLOW will be deactivated.

Keep your VFLOW Tokens in your wallets

As we shared in our previous report the snapshot of the current VFLOW and TFLOW Holders was taken on 23/11/2024.

The VFLOW Exchange operation was terminated. Anyone that did not withdraw their tokens from the exchange contacts us at support@vflow.ai

Those tokens where included in the snapshot as well and are always visible on BscScan.

Staking is still operational

VFLOW Holders that have staked their VFLOW Tokens do not have to terminate their staking. The staking platform will remain operational till we take it off line once the new project is on line and the new token available to the users.

Migration to the new ecosystem

We have been working very carefully to secure the next steps of the project and the bright future of its community.

The legal procedures for the new token launch and the Company formation have been set.

The token name and branding is also ready.

Partnerships for marketing and business growth are also ready and set.

Most importantly the technology that this project is going to be based on in also now complete.

The month for the distribution of the new token to all VFLOW and TFLOW Holders will be April 2025.

In our next announcement which will be the last for VFLOW we will invite you to join the new ecosystem.

Welcome to our Project Updates Report for November 2024.

VFLOW Tokens Withdrawal to External Wallets

We are calling all VFLOW Holders to withdraw their tokens from the VFLOW Exchange by Friday 22/11/2024.

The VFLOW Exchange operation will be terminated on Friday 22/11/2024.

On Saturday 23/11/2024 we will take the snapshot of the VFLOW Token Holder Wallet Addresses.

Make sure you withdraw your tokens to your Metamask, Trust Wallet or Ledger Wallets.

The snapshot will also be taken for the TFLOW Token Holders that did not swap their TFLOW Tokens till today.

Both Snapshots will be used for the airdrop of the new project token.

What you can do with your VFLOW Tokens

You can use our staking platform to park your tokens till the next announcements and profit while you wait.

The Trading Engine will be open to the VFLOW Token Holders. There are the options:

You can pay to get access to the Trading Engine with your VFLOW Tokens. By getting access you can use our ETH Bot for Bybit which has a great success rate. Here is the link to the Bot. The Bot has performed excellently in live accounts.
You can pay to get access to our Trading Masterclass in Greek or English and also get access to our ETH Long and ETH Short Bots and our FX Bots as well. You will get the full package (lifetime access to the Trading Engine) and we will set up the Bots for you. If you combine these Bots with Funded Accounts you can create a very valuable trading automation package.

Next Steps

We are in the process of creating the new structure as for Company Formation and reaching agreements with valuable partners that will contribute to a successful relaunch of the project. We will announce more about the new project in January 2025. Till then you can contact us through the support center page or in our Discord Server.

Dear VFLOW Holders,

Welcome to our Project Updates Report for October 2024.

We would like to inform you that as of today VFLOW is entering a transitional period. As most of you know VFLOW was created from the strategic partnership of TFLOW and seriesOne. VFLOW Tokens were distributed to both the Communities of TFLOW and seriesOne project “YXL”.

But this partnership will no longer proceed.

Each side will inform their former token holders about their future next steps.

The VFLOW Exchange will remain open since the Trading Engine access is only available through the purchase of “VFLOW” tokens and the former “TFLOW” Team wishes to still support the VFLOW Token and its utility.

Former “YXL” Holders that hold VFLOW Tokens will not be accepted in the Exchange for now.

The Exchange will remain operational only for former “TFLOW” Holders that have swapped their tokens for “VFLOW” Tokens and for users that bought the token on Coinstore or on the VFLOW Exchange.

All Bots and current services will remain operational. (Trading Engine, Masterclass, NFT Marketplace)

We will inform you about the project next steps in the coming weeks.

Welcome to our Project Updates Report for September 2024.

Coinstore

In our previous update we informed you about what happened during our launchpad and listing process at Coinstore. If someone has still their VFLOW Tokens there please contact us at support@vflow.ai or through our Discord Server. On BscScan we can still see 317403 VFLOW Tokens at the Exchange Hot Wallet. We have informed you through our previous announcement that the deadline was 8/7/2024.

In order not to leave any doubts to anyone that we are the major buyer of all the tokens sold on Coinstore check this link. This is our Reserve Wallet (also available on our site here). We moved back to this wallet almost 22M VFLOW Tokens from our Coinstore Account.

VFLOW Exchange

The VFLOW Exchange became operational on July 2024. You can access it here. Read the tutorial on how to use our exchange here.

It only supports the VFLOW/USDT Trading Pair on the Binance Smart Chain. If needed we will add more trading pairs for VFLOW.

You can open an account, verify your email and phone number and then move on with the KYC process and upload your passport and proof of address document.

For a successful KYC process please upload PDF files for your documents. For those who wish to upload their ID either scan both sides on the same PDF or upload in the system the one side and email us the other side at support@vflow.ai. Do not forget to mention your name so we can do the match making and approve your application.

From the 277 VFLOW Holders (BscScan Data) 92 so far are active on the exchange.

Till today only the Official VFLOW Account could sell VFLOW Tokens and the price of the token for the transactions that took place was 0.05 USDT. As announced in the previous update report the price of the VFLOW Token now is at 0.10 USDT.

Next Steps

Our technical team is working on launching the sell functionality for all users as we speak. We will announce the sell functionality when the process is completed in our social media.

So far 2M VFLOW Tokens sit on our Exchange.

When the announcement is out follow our tutorial here in order to place you buy or sell orders.

We would like to inform you that this is a Peer to Peer Exchange. This means that if you want to sell you will place your sell order and wait till another user buys your tokens. If you want to buy VFLOW tokens then you can either fulfill another user’s sell order or place your buy order at the price of your choosing.

Next Listing

We are in open discussions with two Tier1 Exchanges. We will notify you once we are ready to list on the next CEX Exchange. In order for this to take place we must be able as a project to showcase more token holders and more engagement and followers on X and more members on our Discord server. Our main focus and priority now is to create and drive new demand for the VFLOW Token to our own exchange.

Tokenomics and Business Model Redesign

Our team has worked very hard to redesign our tokenomics model and restructure our business model as well. You can read our new whitepaper here. One of the main innovation is the token burn mechanism. When a user pays for our services in VFLOW Tokens these tokens will be burnt and taken out of circulation.

Our services are actually addressing an audience of 12M Crypto Futures Traders that use bots and the total market size (for RWA, NFTs & DeFi) is 370B.

Our focus is:

Promotion of the VFLOW Trading Engine to Trading Communities.
Facilitation of Real World Asset Token offerings.
Launch of our very own Sports NFTs Marketplace.
Launch of our very own DeFi Stablecoin Vaults.

Action Plan

To succeed in creating demand for our services and token what we are working on is:

We have started working with Funds that are currently testing our Trading Engine.
We are interacting with a big Crypto Community in the MENA Region for promotion of our token and Trading Engine.
We are also interacting with a big Crypto Community in Asia for promotion of our token.

We will launch the 1st NFT Collection of a two times Euroleague Basketball Legend by 10/10.
During this week we will announce the exact date for the launch of our RWA Platform.
Our Masterclass for the use of our Trading Engine is now available in English on our site.
The DeFi Vaults are not operation yet. The exact date will be announced.

1000 VFLOW Minimum Amount
5% Early-Withdrawal Fee in case you break the staking earlier than 320 Days

VFLOW Services Ecosystem Status

We have heavily redesigned our services model. Here are the main changes:

Masterclass Description

The Masterclass in available in PDF Doc with Video Links. The Videos are in English and with English subtitles as well. We are going to promote the Masterclass heavily on Social Media and on Trading Live where we currently are in the Top 100 Influencers as VFLOW Services.

Through the Masterclass we teach our students how to design their own Bots but also share specific Bot presets for Bybit and OKX. Our students will be able to design and launch their own Bots and connect them with their Funded Accounts to pass their challenges and produce good results.

The cost of the Masterclass is set at 1500 USDT for lifetime access. It can be purchased only with VFLOW Tokens.

Live Trading and Technical Analysis Channel

We are stopping this service immediately. Live Trading and Technical Analysis services where never part of our whitepaper and they should not be offered through our ecosystem. VFLOW is a crypto services ecosystem and our main service for trading is the trading engine software. We are software providers. We will offer full support and guidance on how to use the Trading Engine of course to our users.

All trading related activities for our Greek Audience will be transferred to a third party. Check the links: here, here and here. This initiative is independent from the VFLOW Ecosystem but promotes the sales of the VFLOW Trading Engine. This is our first collaboration and we will follow the same model for other countries and other trading influencers.

VFLOW Project Updates July 2024

Dear VFLOW Holders,

Welcome to our Project Updates Report for July 2024.

Coinstore

Regarding our engagement with Coinstore and the course of the VFLOW price there we would like to share some details with our Community.

Coinstore imposed a basic rule on us and that was to support the price level 8% above the launchpad price with the liquidity we “raised”.

Then Coinstore went on to manipulate our account to buy back almost all tokens sold even above the 8% price level.

That had as a result the huge trading volume you saw the first days and actually drained all the liquidity in favor of those who bought at 0.05 and 0.055 (if the users were actually real).

So we did not see our plan go as expected and that would have been to use this liquidity to grow our ecosystem and of course give value back to the Token Holders and the Launchpad Buyers.

For this reason we call all of our Holders to withdraw their VFLOW Tokens and any USDT from Coinstore by 8/7/2024. Do not buy VFLOW Tokens from this exchange and do not use it to sell your VFLOW Tokens there.

This is why we quickly reacted and moved on with the plan for our own Exchange.

VFLOW Exchange

Our VFLOW Exchange is now operational.

It will only support the VFLOW/USDT Trading Pair on the Binance Smart Chain. If needed we will add more trading pairs for VFLOW.

You can access it here. Read the tutorial on how to use our exchange here.

You can now open an account, verify your email and phone number and then move on with the KYC process and upload your passport and proof of address document. We suggest you start boarding the exchange starting from Monday.

Next week we will move all of our VFLOW Tokens from Coinstore to the VFLOW Exchange (around 22M VFLOW Tokens).

From 8/7/2024 to 1/9/2024 you will only be able to buy VFLOW Tokens from our exchange. This is an effort to bring back value to the ecosystem so it can grow in favor of all the holders.

You can deposit USDT and VFLOW Tokens in your exchange wallets immediately but you will be able to place sell orders on 1/9/2024.

The opening price on 1/9/2024 will be 0.10 USDT.

All of our services will become available only through purchasing them with VFLOW Tokens by 15/7/2024.

May we also make clear that the creation and launch of our own exchange does not mean that we will not list on a CEX.

Our own exchange is making us independent and strong to negotiate our next steps with our own terms.

Next Listing

We are in open discussions with two Tier1 Exchanges. We will notify you once we are ready to list on the next CEX Exchange.

South Korea

Last week we visited Seoul to establish connections with the Local Crypto Community and Crypto Market Stakeholders. We are planning a listing on a local exchange before the end of the year. We plan to attract more than 20K new VFLOW holders.

Strategic Partnership with MentTech

Now that our exchange is live we are focusing on the launch of our RWA Platform. Our BETA RWA Platform will be live before 1/9/2024 and you will be able to subscribe and test it.

VFLOW Exchange

Our experiences with various exchanges has led us to an important decision which we are now in position to share with you.

Before the end of June we will be launching our very own VFLOW Exchange Platform exclusively for trading VFLOW/USDT on the Binance Smart Chain. We will share more details a few days before we go live.

The results are more than satisfying with 106 completed trades and a win rate of 59%. The two months ROI is 7,5%.

Our champion is the ETH Bot with a two months ROI of 52%. (25.5% per month)

In this Bot we used 70% of the allocated balance with a leverage of X3. Orders were generated in Trading View and then through 3Commas reached our Bybit Exchange Account.

Trading Engine Updates

We have launched our VFLOW Masterclass 1st Cycle which is going exceptionally well. Our VFLOW Holders that purchased their Trading View Annual Subscriptions are being trained on manual and automated trading on Bybit.

Welcome to our Project Updates Report for April 2024.

Launchpad

VFLOW has raised 1,17M USDT through two rounds of funding on the Coinstore Launchpad. This makes VFLOW the second most successful campaign on the Coinstore Launchpad as for Capital raised among 47 Projects.

Vesting and Listing

The Vesting will now be cancelled. All VFLOW Tokens that currently sit in the Community Supporters Wallet will be distributed to the users that participated in our swaps. We will distribute the remaining amount of the token allocation to each user. No extra tokens will be distributed. The Tokens will be distributed by 8/4/2024.

Listing will take place on 1/4/2024 6pm UTC+8.

Our trading pair will be VFLOW/USDT and we remind you that the network is BSC Chain (BEP 20).

Secondly, our main priority of course is a Tier1 Exchange. More specifically, to be able to succeed in this step we will need to showcase high trading volume on our VFLOW/USDT pair as well as strong user engagement on X (Twitter). Additionally, we will need your support when it comes to the engagement on social media. Of course we are also planning our marketing campaign to assist us in achieving our target. The Trading Engine (Trading View Strategy Edition) is now finalized. We added features such as the AI Lines, Smart Filters, Microzones and new Buy and Sell Functions. The Trading Masterclass will officially start in the second week of April. We are very satisfied to see our Community getting engaged in using the Trading Engine to deploy its own Bots.

Furthermore, we have started our engagement with Software Companies so we can evolve the Trading Engine into a Trading AI System that will be making all the back testing tasks on auto pilot to produce the best results. Our VFLOW Holders will then be able to connect to this application, deploy their Bots and connect them to any exchange they wish. We will be sharing more info in the next months.

We will be moving our VFLOW Bots Page in OKX at a new link by 18th of April. You can access our current Page here. Launchpad and Upcoming Listing

We have shared the announcement from Coinstore about the upcoming Launchpad and Token Listing. The exact dates will be:

25/3/2024 Launchpad initiation

28/3/2024 Launchpad finalization and Token Listing.

Our trading pair will be VFLOW/USDT and we remind you that the network is BSC Chain (BEP 20).

The Launchpad target will be set at 750K. Launchpad price will be 0.05 USDT. VFLOW Tokens for sale will be 15000000. Rest of the tokens of the presale wallet will be moved to the Reserve Wallet. All wallets and token locks are available here.

We apologize for the delays and postponements. We will do our best to improve when it comes to the interaction with you and sharing the information you need to know. Thank you all for your patience.

Our Strategy behind the decision

Many proposals on the table included listing fees but also big amounts of tokens for airdrops. What happens in many cases is that you see projects join launchpad platforms and see oversubscriptions to these launchpads (millions in USDT) so the users can get the airdrops. The project though does not raise any funds and in most cases must buy back the tokens that were distributed as an airdrop because this is what the users in the exchange will do the moment the trading pair goes live. This is something we wanted to avoid.

Background of Coinstore

The Exchange began its operation in 2020. It numbers 200 international staff and 13 centers worldwide.

Coinstore is one of the strongest Exchanges in Asia with 82% percent of its user base coming from this region. It numbers 5M Application Downloads, 150K Daily Users and 1.7M Monthly Visits on the site. Furthermore, is has 428M 24H Trading Volume. Users from 175 Countries access the Exchange to explore new Launchpad Entries.

Next Steps after the listing

Firstly, the Team’s next step will be to launch our Staking Platform. This will be completed by the end of March.

Secondly, our next priority after the listing will be the launch of the 1st RWA Token. Additionally, may we remind you that the platform is ready and we are working on some final details. We will come back to you with the exact date of the launch once we are ready. More specifically, it is our main priority to finalize this by the end of March as well.

Thirdly, our main priority of course is a Tier1 Exchange.
