VFLOW Project Updates July 2024

Dear VFLOW Holders,

Welcome to our Project Updates Report for July 2024.

Coinstore

Regarding our engagement with Coinstore and the course of the VFLOW price there we would like to share some details with our Community.

Coinstore imposed a basic rule on us and that was to support the price level 8% above the launchpad price with the liquidity we “raised”.

Then Coinstore went on to manipulate our account to buy back almost all tokens sold even above the 8% price level.

That had as a result the huge trading volume you saw the first days and actually drained all the liquidity in favor of those who bought at 0.05 and 0.055 (if the users were actually real).

So we did not see our plan go as expected and that would have been to use this liquidity to grow our ecosystem and of course give value back to the Token Holders and the Launchpad Buyers.

For this reason we call all of our Holders to withdraw their VFLOW Tokens and any USDT from Coinstore by 8/7/2024. Do not buy VFLOW Tokens from this exchange and do not use it to sell your VFLOW Tokens there.

This is why we quickly reacted and moved on with the plan for our own Exchange.

VFLOW Exchange

Our VFLOW Exchange is now operational.

It will only support the VFLOW/USDT Trading Pair on the Binance Smart Chain. If needed we will add more trading pairs for VFLOW.

You can now open an account, verify your email and phone number and then move on with the KYC process and upload your passport and proof of address document. We suggest you start boarding the exchange starting from Monday.

Next week we will move all of our VFLOW Tokens from Coinstore to the VFLOW Exchange (around 22M VFLOW Tokens).

From  8/7/2024 to 1/9/2024 you will only be able to buy VFLOW Tokens from our exchange. This is an effort to bring back value to the ecosystem so it can grow in favor of all the holders.

You can deposit USDT and VFLOW Tokens in your exchange wallets immediately but you will be able to place sell orders on 1/9/2024.

The opening price on 1/9/2024 will be 0.10 USDT.

All of our services will become available only through purchasing them with VFLOW Tokens by  15/7/2024.

May we also make clear that the creation and launch of our own exchange does not mean that we will not list on a CEX. 

Our own exchange is making us independent and strong to negotiate our next steps with our own terms.

Next Listing

We are in open discussions with two Tier1 Exchanges. We will notify you once we are ready to list on the next CEX Exchange.

South Korea

Last week we visited Seoul to establish connections with the Local Crypto Community and Crypto Market Stakeholders. We are planning a listing on a local exchange before the end of the year. We plan to attract more than 20K new VFLOW holders.

New strategic partnership with MYTH

We are proud to announce our strategic partnership with MYTH.

This collection will be available to the public and both the MYTH and VFLOW Communities. We will announce the Collection launch date before 1/9. The next step will be the launch of a spin off Sports Only NFT Marketplace!

Supporting Maria Nefeli our young NFT Creator who is fighting cancer

In the previous weeks we published an interview with Maria Nefeli, a very special person that is very gifted and insists on living and creating while fighting cancer. Strategic Partnership with 3Commas

Last week we published our interview with Chris Kyriacou who is the Customer Experience Team Leader at 3Commas.

The VFLOW Team has participated in the development of the 3Commas Signal Bot.

Furthermore we are in discussions for the development of a Copy Trading Platform for VFLOW and also the development of the Trading Engine Cloud Application.

Strategic Partnership with MentTech

Now that our exchange is live we are focusing on the launch of our RWA Platform. Our BETA RWA Platform will be live before 1/9/2024 and you will be able to subscribe and test it.

CoinMarketCap

VFLOW is now listed on CoinMarketCap. The trading pair will be updated in the coming days.

Staking Platform

The Staking Platform is live. You can access it here. We have one Vault available. The terms are:

5% APY and participation in the rewards annual airdrop connected to the VFLOW Services Sales Wallet.

Our VFLOW Bots are continuing their journey in Bybit. You can track them by coping their charts in Trading View. Just click here.

The ETH Bot is remaining the leader and these are the stats starting from 1/4/2024.

We also have other Bots performing very well in Bybit. These are ATOM/USDT, MATIC/USDT, DOGE/USDT, ETC/USDT and OP/USDT.

The average ROI of all 16 Bots operating in one MultiBot from 1/4/2024 is now 9.31%.

This technology will only be available through purchasing the Trading Engine subscription with VFLOW Tokens by 15/7/2024.

Trading Engine Updates

The Trading Engine has been updated and now offers direct connection (through just pasting some Bot Ids) to:

• 3Commas for setting up a Single Bot.
• 3Commas for setting up a Multi Bot.
• OKX for Signal Bot Trading.
• Bybit via webhook trading.
• Binance via webhook trading.
• Code boxes for connecting to Pine Connector and MT5.

Our 1st Cycle of the VFLOW Masterclass has been completed in May and it was a huge success. Our VFLOW Holders that purchased their Trading View Annual Subscriptions have been trained on manual and automated trading on Bybit.

As shared in our previous report we are in the final steps of announcing a strategic collaboration with one of the leading Companies in the DeFi Space. The announcement will take place by 1/9/2024. We are working on the final details. We can also share that we will be creating a bridge so our Trading Engine can also work on DeFi Charts.
