Metamask Tutorial. Welcome to our Metamask Tutorial. Our scope is to guide you on how to set up metamask and be able to send USDT to your wallet.

Step 1

Go to the Metamask Site through this link. Download Metamask for Chrome.

Step 2

Select the create new wallet option. Write down on a piece of paper the twelve words seed phrase. Create one or two copies and store them somewhere safe. Do not keep digital copies of your seed phrase on your computer.

Step 3

Go to the three dots on the upper right section and click on Expand View so you can see your wallet on a full screen mode. Then change on the upper left section the network to Smart Chain.

Step 4

Open your Binance Account and go to the Deposit Page.

Select USDT, then TRX Tron (TRC20) as the network and copy the generated address.

Step 5

Open your Kraken Exchange account and go to the withdrawal page.

Select USDT, then TRON as the network, paste the address you copied from Binance, select the withdrawal amount and press send.

Step 6

Go to Metamask and copy your account address. Since you have selected the Smart Chain Network this is a BEP-20 Address.

Go to CoinMarketCap here and in the Contracts Section go to the BNB Smart Chain option and click on the Metamask icon and in the pop-up window accept to add USDT as a coin in your wallet.

Step 7

Go to Binance, Fiat and Spot, and on the upper right select withdraw.

Select USDT, paste your Metamask Wallet Address, select BEP-20 as the network and press withdraw.

Step 8

If you have a Ledger Wallet, you can connect it to Metamask. This is the best security for your account. Click on the account name, and then go to the bottom of the pop-up window and select Add hardware wallet.

Open your Ledger, open the Ethereum App, go to settings, blind signing and press the two buttons to turn it on. Then click on the Ledger Logo in your Metamask screen and in the pop-up window select your Ledger from the device list and then the account you wish to connect to your Metamask. You will now see a Ledger 1 Account in your Metamask where you can safely keep the biggest part of your portfolio.
